Mackenzie Tobin – Mackenzie@31Heroes.com

Mackenzie recently left the world of health care administration during her family’s military relocation to NAS Fallon in Fallon, NV.  The move to Nevada has allowed her to dedicate 100% of her time to The 31Heroes Project, which has become her passion.  She loves interacting with amazing military families and the incredible athletes who want to support them!   Her free time is spent with her husband loving her pack of rescue dogs and young daughter.

Amanda Justus – Amanda@31Heroes.com

Amanda is native to San Diego, but by way of being a military spouse, now calls Virginia Beach home. She is a Physician Assistant student at Eastern Virginia Medical School and coaches at CrossFit Rife. When the crash happened August 6th Amanda felt called to do something to support the families; what came was 31Heroes. She is so proud to be a part of what The 31Heroes Project has become and looks forward to what can be accomplished together in honor of our heroes.

John Weiss – John@31Heroes.com

John spent  6 years serving in our US Navy. Since returning to civilian life, John has opened CrossFit 757 located in Norfolk, VA. With a passion for both CrossFit and military families, helping start up 31Heroes was a no-brainer. John also works as a senior service engineer for Instron ITW and spends his remaining free time riding his motorcycle and studying to be a better coach. He has also founded Lift Virginia which will work in conjunction with Lift America to introduce student athletes to Olympic Weightlifting.
